One of my students ran into a problem. All his textboxes are transparent. It is not showing the form, but rather what is underneath the form (either the desktop, or any open application). Everything I research says this is not possible. As I move the running application around, the transparent textboxes shows exactly what is below it. See the image below.

Note, even when I add a new textbox from the toolbox it is transparent. The only way I found to make it non-transparent is to make the Textbox Backcolor anything other than White. If I create a new application, I do not get this behavior (the textboxes are not transparent in the new app).
I did upload the application below. There is no code, just the controls shown in the image above (6 labels and 3 textboxes).
Any help to disable the transparent textboxes would be appreciated.
