Microsoft PDF Printer - How do you set the file name and folder?

Hey guys. Anybody know any way to programmatically set the output file name and folder when printing to Microsoft PDF? I thought this would be a slick and easy way to make a PDF file from inside your VB6 program. I've found a few C# examples on the web but ... ya... a VB6 example would be much more helpful.
