any way to can load or show animated svg in form?

i am use animated svg in webdesigning or i see example in b4a(basic 4 android ) or like this but here?
any sample ? ( i dont need use webbrowser (maybe not work too for play animated svg too) and put on form)

any sources?or sample user control or like this ?
