Compile Error: User Type not Defined when using CVector type. VBCore.dll issues?

Hi!

I am working on a VB6 app.
When I try to do a full compile form "Run" this happens..

This error is occuring in the app's (only) mod file.
Research tells me the CVector type (which I cannot navigate to the definition of) belongs to this repo.

The Vector.cls is the object I'm looking for it looks like.

So uhh.. where's that VBCore.Dll? Anyone have an idea what DLL this is supposed to be referencing?
I can't find any VBCore.Dll files available anywhere on sys32/wow64 or the internet either, frankly.

I recognize the phrase "HardcoreVB". from the repo. Is that the DLL perhaps?
