Determine Start Point x,y for an Arc (Circle method)[SOLVED]

I'm using the LINE and CIRCLE methods to draw the attachment.

I need the green line to start drawing from the upper-right side of the arc. As shown, it's drawing from the center of the circle.

I know the Arc is only drawn in a counter-clockwise direction.

How do I determine the x,y of the start point of the arc?
