[RESOLVED] Dir$ function acts strange with long extensions

Hi,

I just ran into something strange.

I'm using a simple Dir function within a loop to fill a combo box with filenames that match a pattern. E.g. *.lng. However, much to my surprise, the list also includes files with the extension lngx, lnga, etc.

Is anyone aware of this behavior, and is there something to prevent this?
