Only if I knew the keyboard better

User needs to precision fiddle with minute dimensions and position of objects on the form.
Also I need fast gross changes.

I know the simple use of
Shift
Ctrl-Shift
Alt-Shift
Ctrl-Alt-Shift
along with the Arrow keys.

So I have at max
Shift +arrows = precise move
Ctrl-Shift +arrows = faster move
Alt-Shift +arrows = very fast move
Ctrl-Alt-Shift +Arrows = precise resize (wider, narrower, taller shorter)
need more options here.
Precise means twips enough for .01 inches.

I do need this granularity in moving and sizing.

Is there another way that I can get additional features ?

BTW the mouse is to coarse.

All I can see is possibly using the CapsLock key to designate a mode.
Or NumLock.
or Insert.
Neither are desirable.

Not sure if somehow I can use F1..F12 keys.

I am trying to make it easy to position and size objects precisely.

Suggestions please.
