Hello everyone,
I am designing a software which runs in windows taskbar (notify Icon). This software is connected with Amazon RDS (SQL Server), main scenario of this software is that it collects every minute information like date, time and application process on which user is working on and dumps 10 rows in RDS table. Expected installation of this software is 2500 computers which will increase in due course of time. My question is shall I keep the connection open all the time or opens only when saving these 10 records and close immediately on dumping these records. I am using background worker to save these records.
